The rental of the Guest House BYLAVILLA25, on more than 4000 m² of enclosed land, you benefit from our services, a fully furnished apartment 72m² with private bathroom and kitchenette; available for 1 to 3 people, see 4 if two people in the same bed (3 beds)!

 

The fixed price includes all charges (taxes, water - electricity subscriptions, wifi, insurance), the use of common areas (garden, terrace, parking, etc.) as well as many hotel services (weekly cleaning in the accommodation with change of sheets baths/beds, maintenance, digital welcome booklet, ... simple and flexible commitment with a few documents).
